Welcome to RFID World Las Vegas 2008! RFID World is an international event with attendees from all
over the globe. Industry leaders from around the world lead cutting-edge educational sessions while
exhibitors from around the world fill the exhibition. The event attracts international attendees and the most press and analysts of any RFID industry event.
We are excited to have you participating in our upcoming event at the MGM Grand Las Vegas.
WHERE DO I BEGIN?
• Review Section 1 – Important Exhibitor Information —We have put together important information which will aid you in preparing for the event, including Important Dates and Deadlines, the Event Schedule, Vendor Information, What’s Included in Your Exhibit Space; and valuable tips and information about exhibiting at RFID World 2008
• Read Section 2 - Rules & Regulations — It is important that all exhibitors look over the regulations for the event and booth construction. A floor plan is provided for your reference. (Please keep in mind that this floor plan is subject to change.)
Place Orders:
• Section 3 – Decorator Services — Champion Exposition Services is the Official Decorator for
RFID World 2008. This section contains information and order forms for carpet, custom exhibits,
furniture, special signage and much more.
• Section 4 – Shipping and Handling – Review information and find shipping labels for shipping
items to the event.
• Section 5 – Labor – Find submissions forms for EAC’s, order forms for labor, rigging and forklifts,
and hanging sign information
• Section 6 – Utilities and Optional Services – Place orders for Electrical, Internet, Phone, Booth Cleaning, Lead Retrieval, Security, Food and Beverage, Audio Visual, Photography, or Accessible Storage.
Register and Reserve - Section 7 – Registration and Housing —The housing block is now open. You will find the hotel information in this section. We have negotiated great rates with our host hotel in order to help our exhibitors control their budgets, but space is limited so don’t delay in securing these low rates. Also, review how to register your Exhibit Staff online.
Read Section 8 – Marketing and PR Services – Review Marketing and PR opportunities available for RFID World 2008.
DON’T FORGET!! Event Guide Exhibitor Listings—Each exhibitor receives one FREE company listing in the Official Event Guide & Virtual Booth and a maximum of 3 products listings/ 3 product categories each. The deadline is July 11, 2009. You can submit your listings by clicking HERE.
